For art I'm less certain and my impression is that Spinoza had less to say about art, on the whole. As a young man, he was part of a group called Nil Volentibus Arduum that mainly discussed ideas, I think, but also poetry in addition to staging plays, though I'm not sure how that biographical detail really fits in here.
